Phone: always. Riley doesn’t sleep — she answers nights, weekends, holidays. Human follow-up the same morning if you call overnight.
In-person work: 7am–7pm, Monday through Saturday. Sunday only for emergencies. We don’t do middle-of-the-night unless a pipe’s actively flooding.
Outside the ring we’ll usually still come, but the call-out includes a small travel charge. Always honest about it.
